Check the selected portals, listing package, social advertising and total budget. Confirm the inclusions, GST treatment and which costs are payable if the property does not sell.
PRESENTATION
Photography, floor plans, styling, cleaning, maintenance and specialist reports may have different arrangements. Establish what is included and what is an additional cost.
CONVEYANCING AND OTHER COSTS
Request a quote from your preferred solicitor or conveyancer. Discuss document preparation and any lender or settlement costs relevant to your circumstances. Obtain tax advice where needed.

Compare the actual work and costs in each proposal, alongside the service and approach. Ask for an explanation in writing before deciding.
